Good tour company, very nice managers
I chose a company based on the selected hotel. Travel agencies with offers have already pulled up to him. Everything was very nice. The manager called a few days before departure, booked seats on the plane as we asked. Everything is very smart and clear. Problems started right there. The local guide changed the hotel for us, said not to write to our manager, as "everything is decided by the locals and this will delay the process.

Very dirty. Mold everywhere, no wifi in the room
We booked a hotel, but upon arrival we were told that there were no rooms in ours and we would be accommodated in another one. "Better ". It was hell. All the walls in the mold, stinks of moisture in the rooms.
