It all started well: we bought a coupon through Groupon, called the indicated phone number - nice talkative employees, a wonderful hotel. We paid on the same day, they sent us a contract on five sheets, filled it out and sent it. Full payment was made ONE MONTH BEFORE THE PLANNED TRIP! Two days before departure, miracles began: a letter arrives about the impossibility of departure for the tour.
