News Travel: 'Eat what you serve!'
Returned from Bulgaria from 8 to 9 August 2014. I have never traveled so disgustingly before (I have traveled to Bulgaria with my family many times). "The customer is always right" is not for News Travel. For News Travel, customers are rubbish to be taken lightly. They wanted to - they transferred to one bus, they wanted to - to another, no matter what seats you have tickets for.
