Could not book a hotel for a month
We bought a tour to the Dolomites in Italy for a month and a half in a specific 4 * hotel. Yesterday they reported that there were no rooms in the hotel, and the flight was already on Saturday, arguing that the hotel itself had a lot of reservations. At the same time, when contacting the hotel, no one had heard of us. It turned out that a certain agency on the Italian side "San Marino" had not booked rooms for us in advance.
