Complete indifference of the company!
I regret that I entrusted my vacation to this company. I paid for everything on the very first day of contacting this company. documents were collected. But the company submitted documents for a visa late. and then they just threw it away. All problems were blamed on the tour operator, and they did not want to answer for the incompetence of their employees.
