Terrible attitude, ancient buses
A disgusting company. Ancient, falling apart buses. Emergency exits are tightly welded on the buses - it is simply life-threatening. Customer service is rude, treated like cattle. Be careful when traveling with this company. I would especially like to note the guide Liliana - the embodiment of hopeless rudeness and aggression. Absolutely disregard for customers.
