They do not return money!
Good afternoon. I wanted to share my sad experience of contacting the Bon Voyage travel agency. In April 2012, we purchased a ticket to Thailand for the month of August, i.e. the trip was planned in advance. 1 week before departure, we were informed (well, at least a week before) that the tour operator with whom they had an agreement canceled flights from late August to October (without explanation) and we needed to change the tour operator and pay another 20 tr.
