I will not travel through TUI again.
1. In the event of a fire, they did not assist in the resettlement of people. Our hotel was in front of a mountain that was on fire. They didn’t pick up the phone, and when they got through 34 times, they accepted the applications and that was it, they didn’t call back. 2. Guides in the hotel think only about excursions. They are not interested in the fact that the flight was rescheduled for 10 hours and we slept at the airport, the train tickets burned out.

Terrible hotel, do not recommend
And so . . we rested in this hotel from July 30 to August 8. Just hit the fires . . the hotel is located right under the mountain that was on fire, we were evacuated at 2 am, we slept on suitcases, on the street.
