1. In the event of a fire, they did not assist in the resettlement of people. Our hotel was in front of a mountain that was on fire. They didn’t pick up the phone, and when they got through 34 times, they accepted the applications and that was it, they didn’t call back.
2. Guides in the hotel think only about excursions. They are not interested in the fact that the flight was rescheduled for 10 hours and we slept at the airport, the train tickets burned out..
I don't want to travel with this company again!
