We contacted this travel agency in order to buy a tour to Cyprus. the manager was Natalia. At first she offered us a very good hotel and excellent departure and return times. When we signed a contract with her and PAID ALL THE MONEY for the tour, the next day everything magically changed. The proposed hotel became unavailable, another one was imposed on us - terrible according to reviews and more expensive than the first one.
