Disgusting attitude
They are thrown to the mercy of fate. They don’t even try to help, they just want to earn extra money on your deplorable situation (in which you have to eat, not without their help)! Sold a tour to the most terrible hotel! On top of everything else, knowing full well about the flight delay (for 8 hours), as if nothing had happened, they brought us to the airport with shameless eyes! Where we sat with small children and waited while the broken plane was being repaired!.

I don't even know what to compare! Terrible!
Everything that is written in the negative reviews is true! And tour operators know about it, everyone who checks into this hotel is trying to move to another! But the guides do this with a surcharge of at least $ 1000.
