Terrible service
The UIA plane is very old. There was a lot of shaking in flight. Transfer by old minibus with bad air conditioning. The guide from Pegasus did not accompany. The hotel is listed as five stars. Corresponds to the weak four. The guide at the hotel only imposed expensive excursions.

Bad tour company.
1. We chose because it was necessary urgently. There were no other offers. 2. The price is too high, the service is disgusting. The guide at the hotel is boorish. 3. I will never contact them again.
