I read the first review and was a little confused. Of course, the reviews on the Internet are different, but the company specializes in tourism in Ukraine and therefore, with a safety net, decided to take a chance. Maybe something has changed there. I can't say that there were big problems. I did not really like that the voucher is given to their company, it would be better, of course, confirmation from the hotel.
