Novovira - ruined vacation
Travel agency "Colors of the World" purchased from 07.05.16 to 14.05.16 on the tour "Three Kingdoms from Barcelona", the tour operator PAC GROUP, the host company NOVOVIRA. We traveled together. We have traveled many times in Europe, but this is the first time we have encountered such a bad organization of the tour from the host company NOVOVIRA. We flew to Barcelona on May 7 at 9-00.
