Disgraceful, would not recommend to anyone!!!
We are very disappointed with the services of this travel agency !!! (((Not only did they change the departure time, instead of departing on December 2 at 21 00, they flew out at 6 am, they changed not only the departure time, depriving us of about 15 hours of vacation at sea, paid by the way. We changed the flight and the airline, which we refused in Kyiv and specifically chose another.
