Worst travel experience ever
We bought a tour in advance, chose a hotel, the operator got "in the load". I really regret that I did not read the reviews about the operator right away. Since we, with a small child, specially chose departures during the day. As a result, 2 weeks before the trip, both departures were moved to the early morning and we were forced to spend two sleepless nights on the road.
