I turned to coral travel for the first and last time. I haven’t met the worst tour operator. They cheat with the number of days of rest. You pay for 12 nights, you rest 11. Guides come only to collect money for excursions, they haven’t seen them again. I did not know that the flight was postponed an hour earlier and the flight was not from Bangkok, but from Pattaya.
