DISGUSTING INDIFFERENCES!
God, where are the positive reviews for this operator?? PEOPLE, if you don't want to spoil your holiday for yourself and your tourists, NEVER contact TC-Welt. What overlays did my group of tourists have: 1) We arrived at the hotel, but there were no places in the hotel !!! The director of the hotel explained this by the fact that Velt never transfers money to the hotel when booking, and can pay for about 9 months.
