We chose the Tez tour only because the offer was only from him for a hotel in the city we wanted to go to, albeit expensive, but I really wanted to relax in the chosen place. Previously, they had not heard anything bad about Tez and agreed, having decided that we would overpay, but we would have a rest as we wanted. BUT it wasn't there, because the operator is Tez tour! They "pleased" us immediately upon arrival, saying that they would not take us at all to where we dreamed, but 100 km away.

the hotel refused to check in when confirming the reservation
Booked through Tez Tour. All documents received, including vouchers (booking). Upon arrival at the airport, the child and I were confronted with the fact that we were being taken to a hotel 3 km away.
