Terrible managers
I have never seen such rudeness and incompetence! Managers do not know the laws, although this is their direct duty! They don’t know which countries need a Schengen visa and which don’t, they are also rude. I won't use their services again. People with watchman syndrome obviously. Apparently, they forgot that they are not the only ones and that there is a lot of competition in their industry, and they continue to treat customers in a boorish way.
