Get your money back, dishonest people!
We arrived at the hotel a day later than planned (because of the child's cold). The day before the date of arrival, the administrator called to clarify whether we were going to come.

not so much this year
Last year I liked it more than this year (the effect of novelty). They clean up badly, in the corners of the rooms and on the windows, as well as on the ceilings, cobwebs hang, in some places even ashes are lying on the carpet, which indicates unscrupulous cleaning.
