I use the services of a travel agency from the first day of its existence to this day. Half of my friends have already stopped going to other tours. agencies and immediately go to Larisa Anatolyevna. Tea and coffee is nonsense, but the fact that they always have a copy of my international passport, and the fact that Larisa Anatolyevna literally knows by heart all the hotels I have ever been to (and there were quite a few of them) and each time offers something, even a little bit, but definitely better than all the previous ones - it's worth a lot.
