We decided to go to NG to go skiing with families and company. Since it was too late for independent travel planning, we turned to the travel agency "I WANT TO VACATION" - this was our big mistake. The tour was from 29.12 to 5.01. Tour operator Ascent Travel. As a result, our flight was delayed for 5 hours, then they didn’t let us out of the stuffy bus for 40 minutes (since they couldn’t connect the gangway, but they still announced the boarding) People became ill, the children cried.
