Conditions are good, but the service is bad
Settlement: the girl who settled does not know Russian only English and is not very friendly - she did not even introduce herself. There is no reception. In terms of conditions, the villa is quite good - new building, new furniture, air conditioning, rooms, though small, but comfortable + balcony.
