Poor quality trip to Imatra with 'Orienta' travel agency
We have been traveling with the Orienta company to Finland for several years. Everyone was satisfied until yesterday (August 10, 2013). To our misfortune, we got a guide Andrey Kuzmin. To begin with, two tourists on the bus were without insurance (although they warned about this by phone). As a result, the guide stopped the bus on the track near the insurance stall, where we got stuck for at least 30 minutes.
