Bad firm.
A very bad company. To begin with, I signed up for their mailing list in classmates. They constantly show discounts on last-minute tours. I called 4 times. They sent me somewhere all the time, and each time they promised to call me back. They either don't have these tours or they breed. Lies and rudeness, inflated prices, impudent divorce - this is the real face of this HAPPY Columbus travel agency.
