compliments to Accord
bought a bus tour of Europe Berlin-Amstredam-Paris-Nuremberg-Lviv for the May 11th. There were no problems with visas and boarding the bus, with the border too, representatives were met near the car and escorted everyone to the buses. everything is organized. The hotels on the tour were excellent, the rooms and the food were great, although almost everything was not in the city centers, it was especially noticeable in Paris, I had to get an hour and a half in traffic jams.

Nord-Ukraine is a complete nightmare
We bought a ticket to Tunisia at the Kiev office of Nord. Since there are no options for Ukraine on the site, I chose Moscow as the title. Moscow does not know, but let him know what is happening in its branches. I would not advise traveling to Tunisia with Nord. In the Kiev office, the manager mixed up the dates and sent us 8 days instead of 11. This turned out on the eve of departure, when we were given tickets and a voucher.
