Recently came from this horror. Soral travel operators offer this hotel to everyone as a 4 *. We saw the guide once and no one came to see us anymore, thanks, at least they took us back to the plane.

He's not worth it
The hotel and everything else just SUCK. When I was choosing a hotel, I read all the positive reviews for Catamaran, probably the travel agents themselves wrote them. If you want a good rest, find a better hotel.
