Everything in the hotel was very good except that the pools were not heated. In the description of the hotel they write that they are heated, but in fact they are cold. The food was excellent, there were oysters, and mussels, and crabs, and shrimps.

Everything suits us in the agency, we have already gone on vacation with them 7 times. This time, the flight was delayed for 17 hours, we flew with the operator ANEX TOUR, but this does not depend on the agency. We paid extra for the morning flight, this surcharge was later returned to us. The girls explain everything, tell everyone, they are always in touch, they are great.
