Firstly, the operator cheated on the flight and tried to blame everything on the airline, but in fact it turned out that the operator BIBLIO GLOBUS moved our flight to another flight and thus we lost a day of rest. The operator refused compensation. Fraud will be reported. Secondly, there is a lot of false information about the hotel where the tour was sold to us, Wi-Fi is paid, free only at the reception within a radius of no more than 10 meters.
