Travel agency Lira - thieves.
My name is Mikhail Chernikov. From January to September 2012, Lira was our partner agency and processed visas through my Visa Application Centre. We worked with all clients on a 50% prepayment, including Lira. In September, there were quite a lot of orders and these petty thieves were tempted by the second 50% of the cost of services not paid. It was 40,000 rubles.
