I will describe only the facts: We had a collective trip - 50 people paid for 10 days - lived 9. No one had medical insurance. Now about the drivers and the bus. The company has 2 permanent drivers and they go to Bulgaria nonstop every 3 days. Some are brought to Rovno from Bulgaria and after 2 hours (!) they go back. We were promised a new modern bus - Neoplan arrived with broken seats and narrow aisles and lack of air conditioning (they seers saved gasoline).
