Terrible attitude towards tourists
the tour operator Anex is clearly in collusion with the Zena Resort hotel in Kemer, Turkey, we have never encountered this either, we have not seen a more ugly attitude towards our tourists before, probably we were lucky. On May 17, we turned to our guides, who were from Anex at the hotel, and wrote an official complaint about the lack of air conditioning in the hotel, asking them to resolve the situation while we were in the hotel or move us to another hotel.
