All is well, no problem!
Went to this travel agent on the recommendation of friends. We used the "Deposit" service, left 15 sput as a deposit for instant booking of the tour. We were looking for a tour to Turkey, two weeks before departure, we monitored the website of My Planet, immediately phoned, clarified availability, left a reservation, chose a departure time to choose from (there were 3, they differed in fuel surcharge).
