Terrible customer service, company not looking for a long term relationship
We chose a bus tour in several European countries with this company. The problems began with the fact that the group did not get enough on the chosen date, they offered several alternatives. The difference in price was promised to be returned in cash or on account of excursions. But for some reason, their difference turned out to be 2 times less than it should actually be.
