Irresponsible company
August 16-18, 2016 had to become a client of the "Gal Cruise". We were returning from vacation in Greece. We were given a Neoplan bus number BC8345EA, which arrived in Greece with a broken air conditioner. The bus was much narrower than the one we went on vacation. The legs had nowhere to go, so they were very swollen. A 30-year stay on a bus on a route of 1,600 km in the summer heat with 100% filling has become a real hardship.
