I am writing to all tourists to note about my vacation! My friend and I bought a ticket at the end of May 2011 to Turkey from the GREEN LINE company, the tour operator Anex Tour, we liked the rest, a chic hotel, everything was fine until the day of departure. On the day of departure, we were all picked up from the hotels and brought to the airport in two hours, when checking in for the flight, it turned out that my friend and I were not on the passenger lists, and no one explains anything to us, there are no representatives of the tour during takeoff, but other operators one by one there is a person, it’s good that there were 4 free seats on the plane, and just by a miracle they put us on a flight, I’m not writing anymore that we were nervous, we stood for two hours at check-in, there was nobody, it was Sunday 6 in the morning, then we ran to the plane that would not take off without us, since we were not on the list.
