They try, but apparently they don’t have experience. They do not give all the information on the tour and on the features
I have used this company several times already. They are nearby and it’s somehow more convenient to run in to make inquiries, and then draw up all the papers. But it has never happened so that there were no overlaps. In this case, the question is precisely that we flew to GOA for the first time, and to India in general. No one informed us that we would not be entitled to breakfast and that they would charge a separate fee for early check-in, and this, as it turned out, is a common thing for India.
