I booked a hotel in the Carpathians through the website. They called me back within 15-20 minutes. The operator Olga advised me on all issues and on the same day received a voucher for checking into a hotel. I liked booking through the site, as everything is fast, efficient, without leaving home. I also liked that the room looked exactly the same as in the photos on the website.
