Coral Travel is a tour operator who has learned to sell vouchers to one hotel, and then settle people anywhere without their consent. They have such a fad in the contract and they turned it into the main one. Now I have already read a lot about this, but unfortunately two months ago I believed the Passport Plus travel agency (note to Donetsk residents) and bought a ticket from Koral.

Worse - I have not met!
First of all, I want to say that I got into this hotel because of the fraud of the Coral Travel tour operator, who, as he often does, sells tours to a good hotel, and then SUDDENLY there are no places there and you are settled in some kind of hotel without any apology or explanation.

Dellitants in problem solving!!!
Passport Plus cannot contribute to the safety of the holiday and solve the problems that the tourist has during the trip. And this is the main indicator of the quality of the agency. When the tour operator Coral Travel did not provide me with a booked hotel, Passport Plus did not give me the slightest help in solving the problem, not even advice. After my arrival, I filed a complaint, but they again "froze off".
