I will 100% support the previous review "Michael 58", everything was exactly the same. They also flew this ill-fated flight 416, with a delay of a day. During the arrival, during the rest, there were no claims against our travel agency, because they were not approached (excursions were not interested). But, an extraordinary situation happened, the flight was postponed, and then it was completely canceled for more than 12 hours.
