Travel Agency "Tour Svit", which is located at Kyiv, bul. I. Lepse 8, represented by director Kostenko Natalya Vitalievna, are scammers. On December 7, 2016, a tour for two to Egypt was paid for, which at that time was about $ 1000, we were sent a confirmation from the tour operator (which turned out to be fake). After 4 months, the money has not been returned, despite all the provision of a complete package of documents to all state institutions and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine (including the court), which, in theory, were supposed to protect the rights of their citizens from such scammers however, this did not actually happen.
