Good tour operator, everything went like clockwork.
We were very satisfied with the work of the tour operator Tui. Departure and back and forth clearly minute by minute (flying with the Yamal airline), the transfer to the hotel is fast and comfortable. The only thing that bothered us a little was the work of our hotel guide, Alla Kirgizova (Grand Miramor Hotel). Not only is the person very rude, she doesn’t know how to solve problems (and we had problems with going on an excursion from the hotel guide Tui, they simply forgot to pick us up), she also didn’t even consider it necessary to apologize for our ruined rest day.

Everything is complicated with conders, the food is delicious, it is far from the sea.
We stayed at this hotel from May 31 to June 9.2018. In general, we liked everything. We arrived at 8 am, at 9.30 we were already settled in our room. The view was on the street, building 3.
