The most rude tour operator
By nature I like to travel and I do it with friends. Therefore, I often have to work with tour operators. Anything can happen, but it was the first time I had a chance to meet such "amiable" employees. I will say more, I talked with the owner of the company herself, a certain Oksana Verbitskaya, which is completely depressing. On questions - you get inadequate answers, with shouts, insults and even threats.
