Join Up is a scam
A ruined vacation, money spent on a 3-star hotel instead of the promised 5-star, nerves, and the realization that after receiving payment, no one cared about us anymore. It was the worst vacation of our lives. And while we have a ton of complaints about the hotel, a special thank you to Join UP! for demonstrating at the most crucial moment how little they care about their customers.
