They cheat and manipulate prices
I called the agency, asked me to pick up a tour to Egypt, since I had never been anywhere and it was hard for me to do it myself They sent options, I chose what I liked, the deluxe room. The manager said "great, now we are waiting for approval from the hotel. Approval is instant, so we must quickly approve. We have a time limit until tomorrow" I looked at booking - there were places in the hotel.
