I will never use Join Up again.
We bought from TUI, but the tour operator turned out to be Join Up! When buying a tour on 08/03/2016, the return flight specified in the contract was at 19 pm, and when issuing documents, boarding passes, on 08/05/2016, the flight number and time were changed to 5 am, although this is an essential condition of the contract and without agreement with the Tourist subject to change.
