Nice managers, and from the service of the travel agent who gave the tour, you have to work.
We took a package tour to Montenegro in June, for 1 person. The travel agency itself worked well: a pleasant manager, respectful of wishes, was able to choose a good hotel for convenient dates (there were limitations). As understood from the letter-voucher: the tour was taken by the agency Mist tour. Therefore, all the following remarks will apply more to this company.

Unfortunately, poor service, irresponsibility.

Satisfied with the tour, but the attitude towards customers is a bit strange.
Last year, my mother was sent to Turkey on a package tour. I liked everything. This year I call - "Good afternoon, we have already ordered from you, we want to order again ... in the amount of ....." - that is, the tourist is ALREADY loyal and ready to give money. I indicate the tour, appointments ON THE SITE (hotel, price, etc.). - Call back in a month, this tour is not there yet.
