Terrible service
I agree with the previous review, boors work. We took tickets Kharkov-Kirillovka and back. The waybill contains the numbers of buses that follow this route, but the girl who sold the tickets warned that in any case she would call and tell the number of a particular bus. There was no call. The bus arrived with completely different numbers. They promised TV, air conditioning and even wi-fi.
