I really liked the hotel, for the money that we expected it was just super!
I chose a travel agency because I like the Anex tour, I have already rested from this travel agency. And I was glad when a branch opened in our city. But quickly disappointed, because the service leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately unprofessionalism just kills. I will continue to use the Anex tour, but not through Krivoy Rog.

I read a lot of reviews, chose a hotel for a long time. Before that, in February, I was in Monte Carlo. It's way more expensive. We chose the budget option. The rooms are always clean, cleaned every day, what else do you need?
